| Introduction to Pharmacy, abbreviations and terminology, drug classes, therapeutics, decimals, percentages, ratios, proportions, pharmacy calculations, controlled substances, IV mixtures, aseptic technique, TPN solutions, chemotherapy, and introduction to National Certification Exam. |
| Phlebotomy Technician: 90 Hours |
| Topics covered are duties of a phlebotomist, terminology, flow of blood, universal precautions, hand washing rules and techniques, finger stick procedures. Also includes an externship at a hospital or clinic and preparation for the National Certification Exam. |
| Nurse Aide: 200 Hours |
| This is an eight-week, 200 hour program with hands-on, supervised clinical experience. The program will train individuals according to state guidelines. Students will participate in 150 hours of didactic instruction and a clinical component that consist of 25 hours week in a long-term care facility and 25 hours in a hospital acute care setting.
