Refund Policy

For classes dropped on or before September 3, 2010, 100% of tuition and course fees will be credited to your account. Only the $30.00 application fee and the $75.00 commitment fee will be retained.

For classes dropped between September 4, 2010 and September 13, 2010, 75% of tuition will be credited to your account.

For classes dropped between September 14, 2010 and September 20, 2010, 50% of tuition will be credited to your account.

For classes dropped between September 21, 2010 and September 27, 2010, 25% of tuition will be credited to your account.

After September 27, 2010, no credit is due.

If a student's financial aid is impacted negatively because of withdrawal or drop/add adjustments, the student will remain responsible for any balance owed and any costs incurred by the College to collect the monies owed.

The effective date of withdrawal is the date that written notice of withdrawal is received by the Registrar's Office. In the event a student is requested to withdraw from the College for scholastic or disciplinary reasons, the standard refund policy applies.

All accounts with credit balances will be issued refund checks by the end of the semester and mailed to the address on file.
