| A: The College offers various support services free of charge for the student population. There are Math/Reading/Writing labs available for students that need additional support in these academic areas. Students also have access to a free on-line tutoring service called Smart-Think that is available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for the convenience of the student. |

| A: Sixty four (64%) percent of students who attend Lackawanna College are from Lackawanna County. Seventeen percent (17%) are from outlying Northeastern PA counties, nine (9%) are from PA but outside NEPA and ten (10%) percent of students are from out-of-state. |

| A: Yes. Students who commute can park in one of the designated student parking areas. A free parking permit will be issued to all students upon vehicle registration with the Public Safety Department. Resident Housing students (freshmen and returning) are also allowed can have a vehicle on-campus, as long as they are registered with Public Safety. |
